I have a very special place in my heart for dogs. I have loved dogs my whole life, and I believe having a dog should be enjoyable, not stressful. This is possible through the positive reinforcement methods that I teach that will help you to reach your training goals with your dog. My main goal in training is always to grow your bond with your dog and make the experience one you look forward to. I am a Certified Professional Dog Trainer, (CCPDT) a graduate of the Animal Behavior College, AKC CGC Evaluator and proud member of the APDT (Association of Professional Dog Trainers). APDT is an organization that strives to create high standards in a currently unregulated industry, and I strive to meet or exceed their expectations. The dog training industry is ever changing, and I will pursue continuing education opportunities through classes, seminars and reading so that I can give you and your dog the best care possible.

We strive to help you gain a healthy and enjoyable bond while learning skills to improve your relationship and life with your dog. As a Certified Professional Dog Trainer (CCPDT), Humane Education Specialist (NHES) and Licensed Instructor/Evaluator for a major therapy animal organization, I bring the message of the value of humane treatment of all animals. I can regularly be found providing programs to students of all ages in schools, scout groups, 4-H clubs and special needs populations bringing the message of kindness and compassion for all species. My award winning program BowWowIn for Books received the Blue Ribbon Award for innovative programs from the Association of School Libraries. We are passionate about helping you and your dog.
